190 years of experience

Brochot S.A is the product of a very old industrial company based in Seine Saint Denis, France at the beginning of the 19th century. The company was run by the Brochot family until 1986, when it was acquired by its current owners.

From 1986 to 1992, the new owners expanded the company both internally and externally through the acquisition of new businesses.

Originally established for primary aluminium and magnesium producers, Brochot outsourced a part of its activities during the 80s and 90s and saw a rapid expansion. Over the last five years, the company has broadened its set of skills with the development of operations within the copper, zinc, cobalt and nickel industries.

The company has also created foreign subsidiaries to provide local technical assistance in order to build closer client relationships.

Moreover, Brochot continually reinforces its expertise in the design and manufacture of special machinery for the Automotive, Rail and Printing industries.

Throughout the years, Brochot has created a highly ambitious Mechanical, Electrical and Automation Design office and adopted a dynamic Research and Development policy. In 1990, Brochot increased its manufacturing and assembly facilities with the creation of a workshop in France, and developed its know-how in on-site installation and turn-key projects.
Growth was boosted by the acquisition of several strategic companies in our main fields of activity.
